Every year, the International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL) raises funds for charity and the Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was the lucky recipient for this year. The elementary-level pupils decided to raise funds for our society after having been exposed to Turtle Conservation in Malaysia in their science curriculum.

The scene was played out in a studio at the International School of Kuala Lumpur (ISKL). The lights were dimmed and the kids streamed out one class at a time, with their own very professionally done performance.

The danced…

They sang…

They played…

They rocked…

And they sent a very clear message… “Turtles Are Living Things” and everyone played a part in ensuring the survival of these amazing creatures. It’s truly amazing how these 1st graders have been educated about the environment and sustainable development.

At the end of the event, a cheque for a total of RM 891 was presented to the TCS.

Thank You ISKL.
