I ordered this t-shirt, 2 3-layer batik masks and a keychain for a friend’s birthday. Dr Pelf was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, she reached out almost immediately to confirm the date of my friend’s birthday to ensure it would be shipped by then. In the package, she included a beautiful terrapin birthday postcard with my customised message and a poster with the different species of turtles found in Malaysia, which my friend has framed up in her home. My friend was thoroughly surprised and so pleased with the gift, she was inspired to raise funds for her birthday to support another conservation effort close to her heart. Dr. Pelf has been very responsive and helpful when she replied my messages about this T-shirt. She even took a step further to answer my inquiries about terrapins even when all these questions were asked a bit late in the evening. I have ordered 3-ply batik masks and lanyards along with this T-shirt and the shipping/delivery for these items were very quick! I am very surprised and happy to discover a free gift (‘I support Turtle Conservation’ TCS Car sticker’) in my parcel along with some informative leaflets on river terrapins and TCS efforts to conserve them.
