Our Programmes

We have moved our exhibits from Kg. Mangkok in Setiu to Kg. Dusun in Kuala Berang, and we are currently in the process of setting up the new museum.

Last month, we were invited to conduct a Turtle Conservation Programme with the students of S.K. Tekek on Tioman Island, in conjunction with Berjaya Hotel and Resort’s Tioman Island Clean Up Day (TICD) 2013.

We have recently produced a few Terrapin Batik designs, and we are selling them to raise funds for our Society. The single-print batiks are priced at RM 30 each, and they come in three colours — navy blue, light blue and maroon. The multi-print batiks are priced at RM 35 each, and they come in various colour combinations.

Last month, a group of 27 teachers and students from Sri KDU Secondary School, Kota Damansara, organized and executed a Turtle Camp for the school students at S.K. Pasir Gajah, Kemaman.

Last month, a group of 27 teachers and students from Sri KDU Secondary School, Kota Damansara, participated in our Turtle Discovery Trip.
